Tour itinerary: Prague → Nuremberg → Prague
Nuremberg is the second largest city in Bavaria after Munich. A very sharp contrast with Prague will leave you like WOW. Nuremberg is a city of the German Middle Ages, which all traveler expect to see as a "quintessencial Germany, just as I imagined!!!" Towers, moats, castles, narrow streets with timbered houses and ancient churches with stained glass windows and priceless altars. A medieval fountain with a ring of wishes, a Christmas market, delicious gingerbread cookies, spicy "wurst" (traditional German sausages from the grill) and unique red beer.
The Nazis decided to make this city "an exemplar capital of the Third Reich", a city of congresses, parades, torchlight processions. . . The notorious "Laws of Race" were proclaimed here. In Nuremberg, you can see the remains of enormous Nazi congress palaces, stadiums and the very place where Hitler stood. It will give you goosebumps. . .
