Tour guide in Nepal
Namaste! I’m Prem, a licensed multilingual tour and retreat guide with 10+ years of experience in Nepal’s tourism industry and the founder of iFly Nepal, established in 2021. I create personalized journeys that go beyond the usual tourist trail—from Himalayan adventures, culture and heritage to wilderness, wellness, Ayurveda, monasteries, shamanic traditions and authentic local experiences.
I believe the best way to discover Nepal is through its people, living traditions, nature and stories. My goal is to make every journey meaningful, responsible and personal, while supporting local communities and sustainable tourism. Whether you’re seeking adventure, discovery, relaxation or a deeper connection with Nepal, I’ll help you experience it in your own way.

I had an incredible time experiencing Holi in Kathmandu, and a huge thanks to Prem Lamichanne for making it so memorable. From the vibrant streets of Thamel to the energy of Basantapur, everything felt authentic and well-guided. Holi is truly a celebration of joy, colors, and togetherness, marking the arrival of spring and the victory of good over evil . Prem ensured the experience was not just fun but also meaningful, helping us connect with the culture in a safe and enjoyable way. Highly recommended!
