Know before you go There are 63 tombs at the Valley of the Kings - you are allowed to visit 3 out of 11 open tombs for public viewing. To see the tombs of Tut Ankh Amun, Rameses the VI and Seti I, you require an extra ticket. Photos are not allowed inside the tombs but can be taken only from the outside. Or else, you can buy an extra ticket for the same.
