Day 2: Kathmandu Digital Detox & Team Sessions

Day 3: Cultural Visit & Relaxation
Optional mindful visit to local heritage sites (e.g., temples or stupas) with guided reflection. Team bonding through shared cultural experience.
Day 4: Nagarkot Nature Retreat
Travel to Nagarkot for fresh mountain air and nature immersion. Group hikes, sunrise viewing, and digital-free zones.

Day 6: Optional Extension: Pokhara or Chitwan
