I had the incredible opportunity to visit the Danakil Depression at the beginning of this month, and it was truly one of the most unique and breathtaking landscapes I’ve ever seen. I joined a 3-day tour, and everything about it exceeded my expectations.
The landscape itself is surreal—vivid colors, salt flats, lava fields, and a sense of serenity that’s hard to put into words. But what really made the trip special was the company I traveled with.
