Discover the best of Addis Ababa on a private full-day tour. Visit the National Museum of Ethiopia, the Ethnological Museum, and the Addis Mercato. Enjoy a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony and a folkloric dinner.
Start your day with a drive up to Mount Entoto for a panoramic view of Addis Ababa. Descend down and drive to the National Museum where you will have a chance to spot the oldest hominids of the ‘Lucy’ fossil.
Visit the Holy Trinity Cathedral, built during WWII. Then proceed to the Ethnographic Museum, which used to be the palace of Emperor Hailesellase. After your visit, stop for lunch.
Visit one of the holiest churches of Ethiopia, the Holy Trinity Church. See the tombs of Emperor Haile Selassie with the amazing painting of the church.
Next, head to Merkato, the biggest market in East Africa. In the evening, attend a folkloric dinner where you will have a chance to taste several national dishes and watch dances of the various ethnic groups of Ethiopia.
