Description of the tour

Tour itinerary: Kathmandu

Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square are listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. These Durbar squares are well-preserved and have many legendary stories. Compared to Kathmandu Patan is quieter, less frenetic, and more Buddhist. Patan is called the City of Arts because of its incredible wood carvings. Bhaktapur, the City of Devotees, features an incredible Durbar Square with its palace of 55 windows. The site is surrounded by many temples that feature exquisite stone carvings of animals and idols. Itinerary Our day tour starts with a drive to Patan first, sightseeing the major attractions in Patan Durbar Square. Then, we will drive towards Bhaktapur and visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
