Description of the tour

Tour itinerary: Kathmandu

Because of its location near the Himalayas as well as for its history and culture, Kathmandu is now a popular tourist spot. The city has a number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Durbar Square. Swyambhunath Stupa, popularly known as the Monkey Temple, has historical records indicating a stone engraving from the 5th century. National Museum, located at the base of Swayambhu, a sacred hill in the Kathmandu Valley, is the first Nepalese museum with the primary function to preserve and exhibit rare and valuable art treasures. Itinerary We travel to Swyambhunath by foot early in the morning located at the top of a hill that will give you the most spectacular panoramic view of the entire Kathmandu Valley. After that, we visit The National Museum, with ancient weapons and animal specimens. Here, you can get a taste of the Nepalese culture as well as the wars fought in Nepal.
