It's important to acclimatize properly, stay hydrated, and listen to your body. If you experience symptoms such as headache, dizziness, nausea, or shortness of breath, descend immediately and seek medical attention. Always trek with a licensed and experienced guide who knows the terrain and can assist you in case of emergencies. Respect the local culture and traditions, and be mindful of the environment. Avoid littering and use responsible tourism practices. Obtain the necessary permits and pay the required fees before starting the trek.
